Tactical Krav

I have been attending Tactical Krav for a few years now and I have always felt very welcomed by the instructor and the other members.The Tactical element of what you learn are things that are very relevant to everyday life and with this I have felt more confident and noticed that my fitness has greatly improved.The classes are very professional and good fun and exciting would thoroughly recommend anyone at any age, gender and level of fitness to give it a go!

I've been training with Tactical Krav for the last five months. If I could pass on one piece of advice, it would be that if you're interested enough to read this review, you're interested enough to take the first step and try a taster lesson.Ewan is really the selling point for Tactical Krav. He has the correct credentials, experience and attitude to teach the IKMF Civilian syllabus, meaning classes are interesting, instructional, engaging and to an internationally accredited framework.Every class has a lesson plan, warm ups that are geared towards the techniques being used, and drills and practice routines. Training is both fun and safe.Lessons exude class and professionalism and it's clear from the start that you aren't being sold snake oil or voodoo; everything has real world applications and every facet of the Krav Maga system is designed to either avoid, preempt or get yourself out of violent situations as quickly and safely as possible.Didn't think that taking up KM during COVID-19 was a good time to start? So did I, but Tactical Krav has adapted to the ever-changing situation and moved to online video training, non-contact 1:1 sessions, and outdoor socially distanced group lessons as and when government guidelines have allowed it. Again, safety is a top priority and measures are kept in place to constantly adhere to lockdown rules.Overall, learning Krav Maga through Tactical Krav Ayrshire has been fun, engaging and seriously rewarding. I feel more confident, in-shape, self assured and well-rounded as a person.Highly, highly recommended.

I joined 3 years ago. Best decision I made, was apprehensive in the beginning but Ewan put me at ease very quickly.Excellent way to keep fit and learn practical self defence. As a female I feel I have gained the tools to protect myself and confidence in the fact that I can protect myself.

I would highly recommend these classes, brilliant to learn self defence and work on fitness level, the instructors are amazing and very welcoming :)
