Excellent customer service from Demi. I called the wrong PCS Company, it would have been very easy for her to dismiss me and say wrong number, however she went the extra mile by directing me to the correct company, and offered me a mobile and email of who it was I needed.This would give me faith if I needed to use their services. Customer service is a game changer, and working in constructions I deal with Contractors and office staff daily. Demi thank you, you went the extra mile!
