Poor, do not take responsibility for their work

So these cowboys decided to come to ours and make our property worse than when we left it 2 smashed doors paint on my front door my 3 year old child could cut in better broken wall smashed light switch half of it exposed electric cables hanging down in the kitchen can see these guys liquidising quickly

The service from the staff was A1 could not fault there service

After losing faith, I got contacted by the manager & the situation has been rectified.I am happy that we have come to a solution to resolve the issue.

I have been waiting in all day and they never bothered to turn up, not Evan a phone call to cancel or reschedule. Very ignorant. I had taken the day of work so now down a days wage’s because of them.

Cablesheer were appointed to replace our balconies with metal decking following new regulations as a result of the Glenfell Tower tragedy. I have never seen such a botch job in my life, the results are appalling I wish I could upload pictures. All residents were appalled by the standard. We have luckily now got a new contractor in to resolve the works. They have been ripping up the existing edging to see how it was originally stuck down with rubber sealant and expanding foam and it is comical! Original contractors employed by Cablesheer on the project were friendly but clearly were up against it. The whole job was a nightmare they regularly told us. The management team were unhelpful, with a man called Tyrone telling us “it’s how it was meant to look” whilst it was falling apart 3 months on! He was rude and patronising. With other senior staff agreeing they would be appalled with these works if it was in their homes. They also sent their staff to work on site, INSIDE people’s homes/hallways despite knowing they have Covid. Overall an appalling business/bunch of cowboys. Please avoid using them!!

Very poor standards, dishonest and uncommunicative regarding timescales.The work that they claim they have completed is substandard.

I used Cablesheer for their asbestos and fire stopping services whilst a PM at a London Council across housing and schools. A superb company, and continue to use their services for my own private practice and consultancy. Absolute 5* company

Long story short.These people have no clue of what they are doing , they are so disorganised and unprofessional. They let me took aday off work for a job , when no one turned up. When I called the following day they said they couldn't have booked the appointment. When I called back and asked to speak to the specific person who rang me tand booked the appointment, she said they will look into this and called me back. They never did over a week now.These people are not trained , they don't know how to deal with people professionally.

I have never known such a disorganised company. I am yet to see any work done by them to be up to standards and for the workmen to behave professional in the slightest. They arrive with no notice-for someone who works night shifts I was woken up to by them consistently ringing the door bell. I then explained to them that I had been working last night and will be tonight so they can't do the job today as I need to sleep.Shortly after I am woken up to them having used a ladder to climb themselves up onto my raised terrace and to begin drilling. They were suppose to fix the divider which fell down due to it not meeting regulations/standards where new screws, x3 the length of the original ones used, and for a bracket to be added so the divider is to be attached to the external walls. However neither of those agreed things were done. I've been left with another botched job in which they will have to return again at some point to correct for the third time.I do not trust this company at all!!!
