I was queued outside, the rude lady that runs the place tooted at me to move so she could park her car. She then totally ignored me/didn't apologise.The chap that works there was very polite and helpful

Complained when I tried to pay with cash said because of covid, funny as everywhere else takes it especially as we are now coming out of lockdown. After leaving the review, the guy form the post office tracked down my home phone number to hassle me about the review, when I asked him not to contact me again and I hung up on him we had 2 more calls straight away with the caller hanging up as soon a I answered.

The best post office in Coventry. Really switched on helpful staff who are all lovely. Because they are so efficient, you are never queueing for long if at all. They have fab customer service & i can highly recommend them.

Really Helpful guys. Friendly and professional.Sometimes queue outside, due to covid, so a tad busier than previous, but otherwise all good and a great selection of sweets and American confections!
