Size of gym and equipment is good but there has been no hot water in the showers for ages and the showers/toilets/changing rooms are filthy. Still the same bits of rubbish lying about in various places since last week. Including the empty spray bottle we are supposed to use to clean equipment ( still in the same spot from last week with the lid off completely empty). With winter approaching I’m cancelling my membership and finding somewhere with hot water.

Much improved since new management team. Changing rooms and showers are much cleaner and the rest of the gym. I hope they keep it up.

The gym area area itself is good with plenty of machines and equipment but the changing areas are filthy. The showers haven’t been cleaned on any visits and the toilets stink of urine, again on each visit. This is even after staff have gone into the changing rooms to inspect it. Other PureGyms I’ve noticed have a dedicated cleaner instead of fitness staff checking toilets and I’ve noticed a huge difference in their cleanliness. This rating would be much higher if it wasn’t for the cleanliness as the rest of the gym is good but it’s unhygienic and dampens motivation before and after workouts. This is my first month joining so wanted to give it a while to see if it improved but it’s been the same on several visits, so hesitant to continue membership.

One constructive feedback, is that I contacted two different personal trainers, we missed each other once and I never heard back. I was looking for personal session for quite some time, gave up on some point, as I did not had the time to chaise. Tank you.

Cheap BUT really really poor maintenance and cleaning standards.Important to note that I’ve seen older or inexperienced people exercising and the PT’s laugh about it instead of offering help.If you’re new to gyms this is not the place for you. Also expect smelly and dusty locker rooms

I love this gym. It's spacious, spread over 3 units. Plenty machines for busy times and the staff are helpful. Classes easy to book with the app. Great value for money and i loved the 'bring along a friend' feature as part of the membership. Functional training has become my favourite class. If you like circuits/CrossFit style workouts, get yourself to Functional

Loved it.All in one level, no stairs, no traffic, no dirt.Lots of cardio equipment and all the necessary strength and free weights equipment anyone may need..

There is not support from personal trainer's at the gym! Even after induction day when I asked if someone could show me how to set up a machine. I was left without help and with negative rude approach toward me as a member. Personal Trainers are only income oriented not helping people. Defo I am looking for a new gym.
