Went in to view a car I liked.. left with it that same day. Knowledgable staff who are friendly and not pushy salespeople. There was a small mark on the bonnet of the car I wanted and they took the bonnet off the car to buff it out that very same day just so I could take it home. Would highly recommend the service here.

The entire process with Castle Prestige was smooth and very easy. Tom helped sort out the finance paper work before we arrived, he reserved the car for us, helped with extended warranty and answered all questions without acting like we are bothering him. Myself and the Missus were really impressed with them and also happy with the purchase of the 2018 Honda Civic.

It is clear to see why this garage wins so many awards for its customer service. Tom and Mitch could not have been more helpful and patient right from our initial telephone query about a car for our daughter, right up until we drove it away a week later . They communicated well and kept us informed and even sent us a little video of it once it had been valeted. They have both completely changed our view of what you think people in used car sales may be like, having recent experience of other garages. As well as putting 12 months MOT on the car and servicing it, they also (although not due for replacement at this point) replaced the brake pads and 2 discs, included in the original price. . They were a complete pleasure to deal with and were very honest and not in the slightest bit pushy. we felt confident that we had bought a safe and reliable car for our daughter. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
