Owen and his team did a fantastic job of providing a professional service. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish with all questions being answered in a welcoming manner. The team were open, honest and went above and beyond to make the whole process of buying a car stress free. A real breath of fresh air in the car sales industry. I would thoroughly recommend Acer Autos and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Owen was great, kept me informed on when the car was being delivered as I purchased it online. The only reason I haven’t given a score of 5 stars is the car didn’t arrive with a parcel shelf and Owen said he would get back to me and that was nearly 3 weeks ago, other than that great service.

I’ve bought 11 cars in as many years and until I purchased the Porsche, I had not come across a car dealership with as much professionalism as Acer Autos.They could not do enough for me, I phoned in relation to the car in the morning and it was ready to pick up the same afternoon including them replacing a cracked rear reflector.Car was immaculate and the team very professional.Would recommend to anyone!

They were very friendly to deal with but they forgot to register my car with the AA scheme I bought it through and they forgot to send me the V5 registration document which has now cost me a fine and all the late fines for parking tickets I never received.

Owen and his team at Acer Autos were very helpful throughout the whole process, as well as really friendly. Everything was dealt with quickly and smoothly, in a high quality manner. As a girl buying her first car, they were extremely helpful with explaining everything that I needed to know. I would definitely recommend them and return in the future.

If I could give more stars I would. Gary, who dealt with my purchase made me feel like a valued customer throughout. He kept me up to date every step of the way. I haven't seen this type of going the extra mile for a customer" in a very long time and I am also thrilled with my new car which was delivered cross country....well from Essex to Manchester.I would highly recommend Acer Autos as you don't receive such high standards of customer care these days.
