Ordered first time and spent over £50 for delivery, didn’t get the free fritter or spring roll. The chicken chow mein came without chicken for 2 orders. Satay chicken was dry as hell and had sauce on 2 out of the 4 skewers. The worst sweet sour sauce I’ve tasted in my life and I ordered 3 portions. The beef in oyster was ok. Honestly really disappointed in this and will never order here again in my whole life money down the drain and I’m hungry

5 star customer service, the staff went the extra mile offering different delivery options. Above and beyond experience. Really kind once collected the food and gave a complimentary food too. Highly recommended.

Food hygiene is abysmal. Found a HUGE FLY in the bottom of my spare ribs. Will not be ordering from here anymore!!

Very poor customer service!!! Got delivery and got my order wrong (my kids, an ingredient they are allergic to) call them up and was saying they have one driver but we can have free crackers. In the end had to take the food back to get the replacement and all our other food went cold. They didn’t care and was saying our food is right but clearly in front of us it was wrong! The customer service is so bad and they really don’t care! Will not be going here again and recommend no one else does!!!!

Placed an order tonight at 18:30pm and was informed that they were busy and it would be about 50 minutes. After an hour at 19:30 I called them because the food still had not turned up. They did not seem to know why it had not turned up. They said it would be there shortly. 8pm and 30 minutes later still no food. This time when I called them they still said they are busy. I find that hard to believe as it now been 1 hour 30 minutes and still no food. They then went on to say it was traffic, we also change drivers. The food finally arrived at 8:35 over 2 hours for a takeaway is totally insane and to top it off the food was burnt.I will not be ordering from here again.

Usually order from here very often but had the worst experience tonight with Superwok I ordered a large plain chow mein which on arrival came with chicken inside. Being a vegetarian I instantly called the restaurant and explained I have found chicken in my chow mein, she proceeded to speak to the chef in the back on the phone came back on stating they didn’t put the chicken in the chow mein. I then said I would send over a picture she proceeded to WhatsApp me and I had to send a picture of the chow mein to prove my claim! She then said about a refund and I said I wanted my food instead. I then waited 35 minutes for the chow mein to arrive, I then noticed there was a special fried rice in the bag aswell which I originally ordered. I was thinking this was a kind gesture due to the mistake on their behalf but this wasn’t the case. I was shocked to see 15 minutes later a missed call from her and a WhatsApp stating “why did I not take a refund and that I’ve paid one time but have now got 2 of what I originally ordered which wasn’t the case because I couldn’t eat the chow mein because of the meat! She expected me to give the old food back I proceeded to state she can come and collect the food this is highly outrageous as they’re the ones who are messed up my order it is currently 5 to 11 at night on a Thursday 40 minutes later still waiting for them to pick up the old food, I have also rang the WhatsApp number and called the restaurant with NO answer or response back. I have ended up just leaving it in the bag outside the front door and letting them know that I have put it there. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again I found tonight was extremely unprofessional, and has put me off of coming back here.

Ordered a takeaway tonight and it was not very nice. Everything was bland with a strong vinegary taste. The ribs were inedible, chewy and fatty. The noodles were bland and greasy. The only positive was that it came hot and large portion sizes which we didn't want as the food was just not that nice. Would not order again.
