Usual Costa coffee. Only use it because it is slightly better than M&S. If there was an independent here or even Cafe Nero I would use that.

First time being able to eat/drink in since lockdown. Good to be back! The staff were helpful and cleanliness was of a very high standard as to be expected in the current times.

First and last I'm afraid. The que was out past the door with 2 members of staff. With respect, these 2 need some training... poor knowledge of what's on the menu and when it came to announcing your order was ready... well, a mouse could have made more noise..The only positive side to this review is to say that a female member of staff then joined them and seemed to take over and made a huge difference.Coffee was OK.. but not up to other Costa's ... just tasted kind of weak and wateryI'm afraid we won't return in a hurryKeisha and Craig from newquay

Hi called in here Fri 11th Aug on our way down to Penzance.Really good quick service but more importantly, welcoming happy staff who were happy to help us with some yogurts we had brought in for our autistic son who has a very limited diet!We will always call for lunch whenever we are traveling down here now and thats because of the staff that day and how they made us feel welcome !Thanks again

Waited for 10 minutes then gave up. Staff laughing and joking whilst serving incredibly slowly.
