Fresh Heads Barber Shop

Been going for two years and always happy with the job they do - staff are friendly, sometimes can be a bit of a wait and they take their time cutting your hair so if you're in a hurry they're probably not for you. But well worth the wait.

The Barbers give exceptional customer service. We made sure they knew what we wanted and they did it to the T. The wait wasn't too long and the care and effort put in was amazing. The staff make sure conversations are friendly. I had a smile on my face the entire time I was there.

Professional barbering at its finest! Incredible service, always a laugh and you can tell every barber holds the shop to the highest standards. Will never go anywhere else.

Being going here for nearly four years and always get the pefect haircut, beard & moustache trim or combination - with excellent friendly service. Sometimes you wait a bit longer than others but I never have any problem whichever barber I get. I can thoroughly recommend Fresh Heads - they are well worth five stars.

Possibly one of the worst cuts of my life. The place looks like a really nice gentleman’s barbers and has a nice atmosphere shame about everything else.The barber that cut my hair clearly couldn’t be bothered to be there that day. Sat me down, put the gown around me then proceeded to watch the TV behind him and pause intermittently throughout my cut. In addition to him huffing and sighing constantly no conversation was attempted. Didn’t ask how high I wanted my fade, whether I wanted my hair thinned and instead just proceeded with it anyway.Overall, not very professional at all and I’m extremely disappointed.

Great experience from start to finish, greeted with a beer and left with a great haircut, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend.

Make sure you have a LOT of time spare. A previous review states that they don't rush you out the door, this is correct, they like to take their time but not cutting your hair. They stop during the cut to wander around, have a chat with each other or friends that pass by and pop in. I had to wait nearly two hours to be seen and their were only three people in front of me and four barbers working. And they take bookings and walk ins at the same time, which is hugely frustrating when you've been waiting a long time. Overall, the place is well presented, but they are not worth the wait and the time it takes to get an average haircut.
