Absolutely brilliant service,got told in Dyfed Road Pharmacy I’d have to wait till Monday for my medication took it here and it was ready in 15 minutes.

This pharmacy is shocking beyond belief. The staff are rude, and they never have your medication ready. They switch their phone lines off when too busy, They claimed medication had not been ordered and, on some occasions, presented me with half of the script and blamed the doctors. This used to be such a wonderful and organised, well run place such a shame.

Wouldn't give any stars if able too. Requested my prescription for my thyroxine weeks ago. I chased it yesterday to be told by them that the gp has not sent anything to them. Spoke to gp who advised the health dispensary has not requested a prescription for me. Now with only a couple of days I was given a prescription which I had to go and get from the surgery. Hopefully try get my tablets tomorrow. Will never use this company again. Will never recommend to anyone.

Brilliant pharmacy with consistently excellent service. Any health or prescription questions I've had have always been answered in detail, and I've always received my prescriptions accurately and on time. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Lisa was particularly helpful and lovely. I wasn’t allowed to collect my tablets for 2 days when I would be on holidays. She was very kind and organised an emergency supply from the pharmacist for me to take with me for my week away. Excellent service and very friendly
