I cannot thank Richard and his team at Carnaby scooters enough for making my purchase seem less from initial introduction to delivery at my house. Everything was perfect and exactly what I would expect from a quality dealership. I had plenty of choice of colour to choose from and cc of the royal alloy model I was after. Lots of quality information and spec supplied by Richard along with an honest and genuine conversation. After I decided on my gorgeous GP 300 now nicknamed as Minty” Richard and his Team pulled out all the stops to make sure it was delivered to my door yesterday for me to take the first ride today before I go into hospital Sunday for major Op.. I am very fussy along with having OCD.I can’t thank the team at Carnaby Scooters enough for making things happen in such a short time frame…Excellent and professional service along with a genuine passion for customer service….Thanks Richard & Team..

Totally disappointed with the customer service and care provided here. Ordered 2 things nearly 2 months ago as a present for my father’s birthday and only one has turned up (despite being told 5-7 working days). I have been chasing 3/4 times a week and told that I would have a call back - no call back at all! After phoning for the final time, I was promised it would be here by the Friday at the latest, but yet again it hasn’t turned up. Such a shame because the product (the one that I received) is of good quality and it is completely let down by unacceptable and laughable customer service.
