A marvellous response from Neil and Robert Paramedics who were called out by mums GP Practice and discovered mum simply had a chest infection and didn't need to go to A&E. So relieved she was not left queuing at A&E when this was not required as she is 89. Many thanks for your diligence and experience.

On Wednesday 18 May 2022 I had an accident in Ramsden Street, Huddersfield and an ambulance was summoned. They were here in a very reasonable time and I was taken toA& E Huddersfield. The paramedic Sam and her colleague Sam looked after me very well and I wish to compliment them on the care they gave me.I sustained a fractured wrist which willNeed surgery in the very near future. Please thank them on my behalf.I

My husband was quite poorly. The two professional ambulance men were absolutely excellent. They were very kind and caring.. My husbands caring needs are complex but our situation was dealt with properly with a great level of skill. The best we could have had. Thank you so much xxx

My husband was discharged from hospital without anyone informing me therefore I was not expecting him home.I had the house keys and had gone to a group that morning prior to visiting. The ambulance crew came to the group and got the keys from me and took my husband home. They ensured he was safe and warm and offered to make him a drink. They went above and beyond.A big Thank you Ian and Jed.

A huge thanks to the fabulous teams that visited my 89 year old mum this weekend. On both occasions the response time was very quick. Firstly to Steven and Charlotte who attended the evening of Saturday 29 May. My mum was full of praise for your kindness and reassurance. Thank you to Steven for contacting me with a comprehensive update; living 100 miles away, I was so grateful for that. Martin and Charlotte visited on the afternoon of 30 May and I had the pleasure of meeting them. Their compassion, care, communication and attention to detail was exemplary (and patience whilst listening to my mum's life story!!). Thank you so much, you do an amazing job.

my 78 year old mother had a fall yesterday in the dining room of a beautiful nursing homein Cleckheaton. The staff called the ambulance service straight away and.cld not.move.her until they arrived......THREE HOURS LATER.....how can the NHS justify leaving an elderly woman in pain on the floor for 3 HOURS.it took 3 hours for the ambulance to arrive even though they knew she was on the floor. It was unfair on the staff at the nursing home..and the other patients to see mum on he floor all that time, in agony.A dog would have received better treatment....absolute disgrace and so inhumane.

My mother recently suffered a slight stroke and the treatment she received from the paramedics (James and Grace) was exemplary. From the moment they came into the house I felt reassured that my mother was in safe hands, such was the calm, professional way they went about assessing her condition. They were immensely kind and gentle to a confused old lady. My very grateful thanks to two fine young people who are a credit to the Service.
