Unwanted marketing emails keep on coming, despite several requests for them to stop. Never heard of them prior and certainly did not sign up to any kind of mailing list.

Do not deserve 1 Star No Stars - purchased sliding patio, paid for, took delivery and immediately sent photos and reported damage on delivery. There response days later is Hard luck you must have done the damage not us!!! we have photos of it leaving Alufold!!! but they delivered it and it was damage on delivery!!! and they say its our fault, all we did was help unload the patio door. They did say we can send you some paint or a contact for someone who can repair them awful company will not be using them again. Keep away from this company no after sales service what so ever.

The one star is for the price, because that is all AluFold have to offer, as the after sales service is unbearable, countless failed deliveries wrong size frames, chipped glass, nobody calling back, lies upon lies upon lies, please whatever you do don’t use this company. Already warned our fellow developers away from them.But you live and learn always read the reviews.

Id of give this -5 stars if I could.As a former driver, they can not get a simple order correct.Either completely wrong orders,missing parts, wrong items, wrong address wrong customer phone numbers. All the reviews you read about ALUFOLD DIRECT are spot on AVOID!They are happy to take orders and customers' money, but that's it. Once they have your order, you're left in the dark, and they leave it all down to the delivery driver to sort.I HAVE BEEN VERBALLY ABUSED BY CUSTOMS AND CHASED OFF SITES DUE TO THEIR LACK OF ABILITY TO GET THINGS RIGHT!They break all promises. To the customers and their employees.The last reviews with 5 stars are the company sending drivers out with Google review cards to try and get good reviews because they know that they can't get a simple order right.Every other review is correct.They break all driving rules to get their product delivered and expect you to work upto 20hrs a day driving up to 1000 miles! Then expect you to drive the same day with 4 hrs sleep. Don't believe me message me I'll send proof!Standard driving day for a driver is over 15 hours DRIVING!!I've probably made 300+ deliveries all over the UK for them, and honestly, 95% of them have been wrong in some way!How is there still in business in beyond me?They have all gear, but honestly, I have no idea.If this company was a brewery, they still couldn't arrange a piss up!Also, they do not take care of the machines or the vehicles and always break down! Probably due to the fact they don't pay the mechanics to fix them. Again, don't believe me. I'll send proof!! Absolute joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I literally could write a book on how bad they really are, but this is just a little insight for you. What sort of company ALUFOLD DIRECT is.Unless you want to wait upto 6mths for a full complete order and love being on the phone daily to see where it is, and sending 100s of emails, this is company for you!

We did a whole house remodel and needed some new windows, which we got from AluFold (their slimline aluminum). I've given them 2 stars for price and producing the windows on-time (though they sent the wrong handles initially). However, there are several issues with them and their windows:1. their customer service is tedious. I would not have placed an order with them if it wasn't for my builder who was willing to communicate with them.2. Alufold's frames are warm to the touch (hot with direct sunlight) during summer and cold during winter.3. In one room, we have both an Alufold window and a 30yo PCV window. The PVC window will have condensation on the window pane in the morning, none on the frame, while the Alufold window will have condensation on both the pane and the frame, which I need to tend to every morning. Despite being very attentive, the plaster is starting to crumble away close to the frames.4. Their construction could be better. One window has a 3.5cm x 8cm area where there is what looks like dust between the double glazing.5. Our Alufold windows let in more street noise than our 30yo PVC windows.In summary, if you have your heart set on aluminum, I'd recommend looking for a better manufacturer.

Excellent after support from the team. My window installer mislaid 16 window keys and screw head covers. After numerous attempts to get the builder to replace I decided to make contact myself with AF direct. Sorted, no problem no charge. 10/10. Ken.

Good price, good product, and very fast turnaround (10 days from confirmation of order to delivery), although it was December!One of the windows was faulty (handle wouldn't open) but it was resolved quickly - they picked the window back up, sorted it and returned it promptly.The phone always gets answered by friendly folk too :)

AluFold worked with us to make sure we got the windows right during the design process and continued with great correspondence throughout.Went for a non-standard RAL and they still managed to turn the order round quickly. Really happy with the product as delivered and look forward to getting them installed.Will definitely use AluFold again.

The management of my order (sliding patio doors) was a complete shambles. Reviews on trust pilot suggest this is aCommon problemso not sure why it hasn’t been addressed. My order was cancelled 4 times which made the whole process very stressful. No one seemed to take accountability.I was happy with the product once it came but would go else where another time and would be very cautious recommending Alufold. Wasn’t worth the stress.
