I requested a 3 star lock with my door however it was faulty and then asked to replaced i was consistently fobbed off with empty promises and no call backs. Had to end up getting myself a lock from elsewhere.Very poor communication

Don't use this company! Took deposit. Couldn't supply the door. Now won't return the deposit! Really untrustworthy.

Very good service, very competitive pricing, quality windows supplied and fitted in a very precise time, the fitter was able to come from Manchester to Wigan on weekend when I was home. Overall excellent and I would recommend this firm for your windows and doors.

Don't EVER use this company. Job was incomplete and they have sent some big guy trying to collect payment for an incomplete job, threatening me in front of my kids.Waited over 6 months to get to this incomplete stage.Several of the glass cracked within the first week.Water leakes inside the frameThe glass is already misting up after a few weeks, the door is not aligned and catches the frame.Windows left without glass for several weeks.Reply.....Your reply on Google is very prompt unlike your WhatsApp.I paid the deposit on 24 July and was told job would start in 3 weeks. After several WhatsApp and broken promises, someone turned up on 07th Sep with a few windows but not the porch.Several issues later and I agreed to make a further payment. The actual balance left is £700, please speak to your husband and check your records (that's if you keep them). You are just plucking figures out of thin air.I informed your husband of several issues, the last on the 30th Sep to which he ignored and failed to reply.You suddenly contacted me on this morning 11/11/21 wanting payment, at this point I informed you not to contact me again as I was fed up with the quality of workmanship and constant delay in this relatively simple job.I did not threaten your so called employee. I asked him to leave my property as he was trespassing. You sent him to try and intimidate me to pay you. He made no mention to complete the work but only insisted on money.I will be making a claim against you as you have failed to deliver on product and workmanship.I have referred this to the police as he threatened me and my property.

I have changed my front & back door yesterday from this company. They have different types of New models of doors to choose.Very reasonable price. better service . The guys are fitted very well and clean and tidy . I am very happy about there service . Thanks to Irfan and team.

What a nightmare, spent 3k on a patio door, still not received my receipt, and stuck with a door that will not close. STAY AWAY, the excuses they come up with are way beyond their dreamy world, always blaming someone else. They had come out 3 times after me calling them numerous times. Last time round they came they said it was the floor guy who had made a mess of the door, but the door has never been working properly even before the flooring was done, infact the floor was not even touching the frame. the person who recommended them has also had many problems with her door and she unreservedly apologised for recommending these cowboys. Now the door is coming off the wall, is that the plasterers fault.....

All was going well with Door Empire now known as Reflect Art on google as we have used them previously so decided recently to get one window downstairs replaced as they replaced a rear composite door last year.We were told the window would be fitted in a week, it actually took a month for them to visit and change it, this was after multiple times chasing via phone and text, which just added stress and they ignored the calls and text and only visited after I threatened to take next steps. The shop shutters are down so you can’t even visit to chase them in person so we actually thought they had shut down.The window was finally changed last week but the top half is incomplete as half trim is missing and the trim installed is incorrectly cut as seen in the picture otherwise I would fixed this myself as I don’t trust them anymore. Irfan said he would visit after 1 but max 2 days to fix the trim issue, he has not returned and is ignoring calls and text again. To make matters worst before the window was fitted a few days earlier one hinge cover on the door has come off (picture) due to one screw being loose and keeps spinning. I told Irfan off this and he said he would also get this fixed, extremely unlikely now.We also required another job doing but will definitely not use them again and we also had family/friends enquire on who changed the door, we will be telling them to keep far away from Door Empire (Reflect Art).
