Brilliant place staffed by knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. The staff and company attitude is absolutely spot on with a fantastic returns policy. Loads of locos and rolling stock on display however ,if you've seen something on their website, some the stock is stored at their warehouse so worth phoning ahead if your after something specific. A big thank you to Franklin who took the time to explain and answer my DCC questions.

Can not give them enough credit! - Visited the store, and was met by welcoming, friendly staff who were more than happy to share their knowledge, without pushing me to buy anything. Online experience was the same - I made an error on my order, emailed them that same night, and before 9:00 the next morning, they had rectified my error, and refunded me for the item. Fantastic all round!

Heather, Joe and staff were brilliant when I spoke with them regarding my order.I ordered online, but made an error on my account application. Travelled for 2 hours each way with my son to visit this shop.It was certainly worth the effort. Lots of stock and great advice. Nothing was too much trouble, when repeatedly asking to see and hear locos running it was always yes no problem. Advice was also really good. Brian, Cameron and the other staff were really on point. Thank you. For those travelling long distances - they also have a loo!

Very good selection of n gauge that I was after, also a good price for my used items paid to my account in 24hrs. Very helpful staff, Cameron was brilliant. One of the best shops for railway modellers.
