Sandra is a wonderful yoga teacher. So knowledgeable and pays attention to every participant and their needs. I attended antenatal yoga classes and really enjoyed her sessions. I very much believe that these yoga sessions gave me the right tools and put me in a state of mind that helped me during the process of birth. I highly recommend Sandra for her person centred approach and enjoyable yoga lessons. Will be back :)Maggie

Yoga with Sandra (Pregnancy, Postnatal & General Yoga)
I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Sandra during my pregnancy and after my baby arrived.Sandra's classes were a great help to me during my pregnancy. Not only did they provide me with relief from the normal pains and discomforts of pregnancy, but they also gave me a much-needed space of peace and relaxation. I learned a lot about what was happening with my body, and I was able to connect with other women who were going through similar experiences. Together, we formed a supportive group of friends.And after my baby arrived, I went back to Sandra's classes for her Moms and Babies yoga sessions. These classes are such a highlight of my week! They make me feel great, both physically and emotionally, and I love catching up with the other moms over tea and homemade cake after class.Honestly, I can't recommend Sandra's classes enough. If you're looking for a supportive community of women who understand what you're going through, as well as a chance to relax and feel great, you should definitely check out Sandra's classes!

Really enjoyed the sessions with Sandra - both the pregnancy yoga and the couple’s preparation session. Sandra is really knowledgeable and helps you to visualise the physiological process of birth. The yoga is very relaxing and helps you to feel positive about the upcoming birth experience. Thank you Sandra!!

Sandra’s pre and postnatal yoga classes are absolutely incredible. Sandra is a really intuitive and talented teacher. She gives very helpful individual feedback and her approach, exercises and advice were absolutely crucial when it came to the birth itself. I couldn’t recommend her classes more highly. They were the highlight of my pregnancy!

Yoga with Sandra (Pregnancy, Postnatal & General Yoga)
I was recommended Sandra by a friend for postnatal yoga ( mother and baby yoga). She succeeded in creating a session that truly welcomes and integrates babies, by singing to them and massaging them. I enjoy the intimacy of a small group. Most importantly, Sandra is very knowledge about women's body and post-partum recovery , enabling her to tailor each session to the group's needs. After only a couple of sessions I can feel a positive change on my posture and my core strength.Thank you so much Sandra, I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

Sandra’s classes are everything I was looking for, I’ve done prenatal, postnatal yoga as well as spinning baby coaching ! Sandra is an extraordinary teacher and perfect especially if you are a new mom or mom to be ! I highly recommend her and continue to go to her classes

I'm not local but I travel for Sandra's pregnancy yoga class. She is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly teacher. I feel much better equipped for birth after her classes and much more secure in my body's ability. Sandra's home studio is lovely, she has everything you need in a quiet, tranquil setting. She also does evening classes and partner classes. For us, these were invaluable in preparing my partner in how to support me during the birth. I highly recommend Sandra's classes, I'll be a bit sad I can't continue to go to the pregnancy classes once the baby is born!

I started going to Sandra’s classes at 37 weeks, it was my second pregnancy and I was stressing that I’d left it too late to do any yoga this time round. The 4 classes I did were invaluable and I used so much during my labour as it was so fresh in my mind. I managed to give birth to my second daughter with no pain meds and a bit of self belief. I encourage attending Sandra’s classes whatever stage you’re at in your pregnancy! Good luck xxx

Sandra is simply the best yoga teacher I have come across. She is warm, encouraging and her knowledge is second to none. She really knows each of her students and plans according to their needs. In groups classes we get an incredible amount of 121 attention. Attending regularly has transformed how I feel and I have noticed so much change in my body. I joined Sandra’s pregnancy, postnatal and Hatha classes. I credit her pregnancy yoga with helping me have a quick, undisturbed, physiological birth. Sandra’s support and knowledge in the run up was invaluable and gave me lots to draw upon in labour. I highly recommend all her classes!

Yoga with Sandra (Pregnancy, Postnatal & General Yoga)
I have been practicing yoga for 9 years now, and Sandra is the best yoga teacher I have ever met. She provides a truly holistic experience. Her knowledge of the body, particularly how a woman's body changes around pregnancy, and her attention to nurturing technique is fantastic. As a first time Mum, I started taking her Pregnancy yoga classes at 23 weeks and then followed on with her Mummy and Me yoga classes until I returned to work when my son was 9 months old. I was pregnant and gave birth during the pandemic and Sandra became an integral part of my support network. Her classes were a haven of calm during such a chaotic time, giving me confidence going into the birth and helping me recover and build strength in the months after my son was born. Sandra truly cares about her students. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
