Excellent service from Gary at Mortgage Advice Bureau. I felt secure in his hands as he talked me through the process of remortgaging to pay off my Help to Buy equity loan. The application was hassle free and the new mortgage completed quickly. Gary was also able to advise on the matter of life insurance, looking at the most suitable options to provide some security and peace of mind in an uncertain world! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

absolutely fantastic service from Gary at the mortgage advice bureau. Sorted our mortgage out (which was rather complex) and helped with last minute wobbles/worries and was very reassuring! Managed to save us a good chunk on the house too!Then also helped us sort out all all of our life and critical illness cover. He spent a great deal of time doing this, as we had a few issues with the insurance we previous had, and was always happy to speak over the phone and answer emails translating the legal-speak of the insurance companies.Can’t thank you enough, will definitely be back in a few years when we remortgage!

First Time buyer and Gary at the Mortgage Advice Bureau was fantastic, always happy to explain everything and was extremely helpful. I could not recommend them (and Gary) enough. Gary went through everything in detail and made it easy to understand. Nothing was too much hassle for him and when it came to home/life insurance he went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal possible. Will definitely use again!

Gary Markie at the mortgage advice bureau was fantastic in helping to secure a mortgage for my home move. I have a complex income as Im part self employed / part contractor / part PAYE and on top of that had two purchases fall through so Gary had to process three mortgage applications in total in the last year. Despite this Gary was always positive, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Sharon was also very helpful too. When I finally moved home they sent a lovely home moving gift a kind gesture and personal touch that was much appreciated. I would highly recommend the team at the mortgage advice bureau.
