As if by Magic

I had the girls do my 30th Birthday Party balloons for the weekend just gone. From beginning to end completely professional, helpful and understood exactly what i wanted. Phoebe was so pro active about making sure i knew exactly what i wanted and getting it sorted for my party. Will definitely be using them again. High recommended. Jo

I needed some balloons filled with helium and a light inside to let go in remembrance of my partners late dad. Despite it being very late and close to their closing time they were more than happy to do it for me, they also recommend having a white heart with gold writing. It was perfect. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The shop Itself is much bigger than it looks from outside with a massive range of balloons and banners. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I ordered my daughter an outfit for a party, although they didn't have one in-store the lady working there was able to order the one I wanted in the correct size and it came in the next day. I went back to get some balloons for a party and they were very helpful and designed it exactly how I wanted them. Very reasonably priced and quick turn around. Will definitely go again for any party bits I may need.

Absolutely fantastic! I can not describe how beautiful the balloons were, my sister always buys from as if by magic, it was now my opportunity for her baby shower. & WOW! They helped me choose balloons and even had one customised to say will you marry me"It was a good price and will definitely be going back again when needed.I have also been here several times before for costumes and decorations and they have always had what I want and been stress free and friendly."

Just bought some helium balloons and normal balloons here. Very nice little party shop, sells fancy dress costume too. Lovely staff. Very pleased with the service, balloons were done very quick while u wait. Will definitely be going back when need to.

My sons first birthday is on Friday, Wednesday afternoon I popped into As if by magic to place an order, there was a young women who was absolutely fantastic, she helped me select everything and I was very happy.I said that I wanted to make it a surprise and that I had a very tight timeline, I was asked what time to pick up the goods and we agreed 13:30 - 14:30. So far, so good.The following day I went to the shop around 14:15 and said to a different women to the day before that I had an order to pick up, the reply was “we don’t have anything under your name” the women then said that she would check the order book and as she opened it up my order was there. She said that the order had not been done, I asked how long it would take to do (filling up some helium balloons) I was told an hour, unacceptable!I am so disappointed, I understand mistakes happen but they really didn’t seem to care.There were several options that could of been offered but they weren’t.
