Amazing service on such short notice, wouldn't have had my kilt for graduation fitted if not for the great service in here!

Some of the best customer service we've ever experienced, and good value for money. Sandra took the time to understand what exactly we were wanting, while also providing her expertise to pick the perfect wedding outfit. You didn't just have a price sheet thrown at your face, with limited choice, which is what I often find at other hire companies. Sandra was incredibly processional and went above and beyond what was required. The kilt shop, although located in a central location in Dundee, is not the closest one for us (we live in Aberdeenshire). However, I will continue to use this shop going forward solely for the service I received. Could not recommend it more!

Not overly impressed as I emailed the company to confirm opening times and got no reply. Tried phoning and no answer. The website said it was open but when we got there a sign on the door stated otherwise. Travelled from Edinburgh to Dundee and returned empty-handed.

I went into the Kilt Company and had hired a kilt online. Sandra couldn't find the kilt but she went out of her way to get me measured, and finally we found the kilt, and I was able to take the kilt away the same day.Incredible service, would 100% recommend!

If you need a kilt, this is the place to go! Sandra is incredible!! She was so engaged, attentive and genuinely cared about our situation. She went above and beyond to help us with our last minute hire needed for our wedding. Our fitting was full of laughs and memorable. We tried other kilt places first in Dundee and they don't hold a candle to The Kilt Company. We left there grinning ear to ear at how awesome our experience was. You won't be disappointed!
