My car was in for repair following an accident. The team were very helpful and friendly throughout. The car was completed before the expected completion date which was a bonus as they were unable to offer me a courtesy car. Highly recommend

Extremely NOT professional! Took my car to repair, but on the way they damaged my rims and never even bothered to repair it, even after calling many times. Absolutely shocking customer service! Tried calling them many times, but they didn’t do anything about it and tried blaming me for it, even though I had proof, of what my rims looked like before they took my car. And in defence they sent me blurry pictures where you couldn’t even see the damage to my rims, and said nothing was wrong with it. I wouldn’t recommend this car repair shop #ElderandPatonAngus.

My vehicle was involved in an accident and was sent to this garage by the insurance company. Atrocious level of service and appalling incompetence from the outset. Despite providing a detailed breakdown of repairs required and despite parts initially arriving fairly quickly, they sat on this for some time (presumably as they were taking on too many jobs and didn’t have capacity). The lack of communication was infuriating. After 6 and a half weeks, they advised that they had missed work that required to be carried out, causing an unnecessary delay. This should have been picked up at the outset by any competent mechanic according to mechanics at the insurer. This incompetence resulted in a further 3 week delay due to parts being ordered again and then more sitting around. Finally, when I was told the vehicle was ready to be returned, I was advised that another thing had been missed. Further parts had to be ordered and another week passed. Only limited time was incurred waiting for parts. Despite this, they took 10 weeks to repair and return my vehicle to me, which I consider unacceptable by any standards. They did not have the honesty or integrity to accept where things went wrong and apologise. I wouldn’t recommend this garage to any of my family, friends or business contacts.

Left machine marks all over the wing of my car then refused to take responsibility, said I must of done it myself? Raging is not the word.
