Very helpful staff.One assistant ordered in a TV I chose that was not in store.He acted like it was no trouble and thanks to him I did not go elsewhere like Argos for instance.

Not impressed on what you did,Currys. You scammed me..I brought a Xbox gift card it was ten pounds credit. And when I head back home and redeemed the code it said it was already redeemed. And I didn't sended it to someone so thanks alot Currys you've ruined my life.

Not a bad store by any means but some of the guys working there are real slow, waited about 15 minutes to pick up a TV I have already bought even though there was no other customers.

I went to Currys to buy a laptop and was very disappointed.It seems you can't actually buy electrical goods and take them home with you like a normal shop, NO it has to be ordered from somewhere else so you have to make another trip to the shop to collect it a few days later.This TV advertising saying that the staff have 40 hours product training is a joke, maybe they meant to say 40 hours training how to ignore customers.

Somehow don’t rate their latest “expert nerds” advertising campaign. My experience is that they are clueless. If I was being generous I would say I always get the wrong salesperson.

Went in to get airpods. Staff were scarce. Found someone to help only to be told they r not in stock. The website said they had the items in stock. When challenged he went in to get them out.

I used to love going here for all my DSLR camera needs 10 years out the country and now they have virtually nothing in store its all on line but I'm old school I prefer actually seeing the item before buying it then having the hassle of returning it if its not to my satisfaction.But still very friendly and helpful staff.
