Fantastic fireplace installation by Rob and his excellent team. We changed our minds several times in the process of deciding which stove, to build in or out ect. However Rob was patient and guided us through every step. Rob was extremely knowledgeable when we had our survey , listened to our budget and what we were after. Upon installation everything came together from the sweeper, to gas disconnection and the installation of the unit itself. His team were helpful with letting us know how to get the best use out of the unit , clean and tidy and professional. Would highly recommend

Excellent service, the team are friendly, approachable and worked with us to save money as much as possible. They moved our burner from our old home to the new one. Old gas fire removed and plastering done. Everything was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Rob even fixed a hole in the roof while he was up there! Would highly recommend this company and would happily use them again.

I was impressed with the hard work, tidiness, and quickness of Rob and his team who renovated our fireplace. They supplied, installed and gave clear instructions on using the wood burning stove which is in place and working lovely. A very professional job.

Last week Rob and his lads came to our forever bungalow that we bought 11 months ago and sorted out an old chimney breast by filling in missing bricks and re-pointing it, adding a beautiful brick hearth and installed a flue liner and new log burner for us. It started as a plasterboard chimney breast, no flue liner (we had had an unknown chimney fire) and plane black tile hearth!Anyway, Rob came out gave us advice on what to do, not pushing us to spend hundreds of pounds on expensive log burners and agreed the brick would look lovely.Rob’s wife Laura was so helpful with bookings and sorting out helpful everything we needed to get job started!The whole team, the work they do and the service provided is an absolute credit to the name RA Stoves!I’ve added a few photos !!I will be recommending them to anyone that is looking for this kind of company !

Couldn’t recommend R A Stoves enough. Rob and Laura gave top class service right from the beginning.With having the need of being able to burn both sawdust and wood offcuts I was unsure of which size of stove needed to warm up the workshop.Rob just made the whole process easy not mentioning the fact of the professional installation and leaving the area cleaner then when he turned up!Now the workshop is getting close to 18 degrees!I would not hesitate to use their services again!

Rob thankfully agreed to put right and make even better the work that a rouge trader had caused on my log burner. Great advice from Rob on what to do next, finally we have a log burner and can experience the warmth that brings. Great guys and very busy! Would recommend without question!
