Very nice clean place, its decent size to quiet big place. Had good option for food. They assign you to a table each with a number which was good idea. They even had few kids rides inside.

Disgusted with their service.So today I went with my 2 small children and wanted to get them a drink and some cake. As the kitchen was closed. But when I went to the till most things were out of stock so I picked a flap jack a drink and crisp for my kids which was under £5. But the employee wouldn’t take card as it was under £5.also the attitude was something else. They rather allow kids to stay thirsty for the sake of taking extra money out of their customers. Beware I just got soo upset that I just walked away, I didn’t have cash I always use my card.Ps I’ve always been going here for years I definitely won’t be returning. I will take them elsewhere.

I visit Mega play since my boy was 4years old and now my daughter who is 5years enjoying there so much. We always have good time there, staff is nice. Lot space for parents to just sit enjoy cup off coffe and rest.

A convenient play park with good food and activities for kids.The best part of this MegaPlay is the price / quality equation.I paid £ 11 for 2kids(£5 each) and 1 adult.If you do not want to pay extra for socks please bring from home as they are mandatory.The main activities for kids over 3 years are on two floors, mostly accessible to adults as well.There is another area for under 3 kids.Food is really good for the price sold.I had one chicken tikka panini with a portion of coleslaw , chips and a can of coke for £6.Do not to forget the amazing young staff working here, they manage to go through their shift even though is quite busy.Have fun, your kids will enjoy.

Great place for children of all ages. They have a soft play area for upto 3 year olds and the larger area for 3+ but my 2 year old son loves the larger area. The food is okay, needs some improvement. They have a toddler go kart section which is charged seperately but is very popular, always a queue. Seating and tables for parents and families wanting to eat. entry is around £6 per child, under 2’s is a pound or 2. My kids spend at least 3 hours here at a time excluding the time they eat and even then my wife and I are having to pick them up to leave.

Made us wait for half an hour outside as they didnt have enough staff and there was alot of people that didnt leave. Staff was a bit rude. Very ignorant. And they lied to us too.

Damaged play areas, no batteries in the toys, dirty, wet floor and smelly toilets. Carpets & play mats/floor mats are coming apart and keep moving out of place. Very expensive took my 2 kids and 2 nephews & 2 adults Cost me £42. Very cold place. Need lockers.Really need to maintain the place.The staff expect you to leave for 5:50pm so they close up and leave for 5:55pm. It's suppose to close at 6pm. Staff should stay back and clean up but they don't.Fair enough you cant take snacks & drink but for under 3s you should be allowed to. Looking at how the place is maintained puts me off wanting to eat their food.Kids can't take the baby water bottles into mega play. My kids only drink from their own bottles, they won't drink from another bottle or cups, and I can't let my kids get dehydrated, so I have to take it.I Forgot to take pictures as I was busy with kids.The only thing I like about this place is the under 3s are separate/opposite side to the over 3s side so you can keep an eye on both side.I've used to bring my nephew/neices when they were small and I've come after 8 years with my own kids. I was soo disappointed with the pace. After alphabet zoo this was a good play area but clearly not anymore. I used ti like come here with me nephew/nieces. This is the reason why I bought my own kids and its nothing like how it used to be. I was soo disappointed with the place.This place can be a good place if they wanted it to be. Really need to sort it out.
