I have had one of the best nail appointments in a long time , there was no rush and wait to get the next person in , you were made to feel included and owner Sarah made sure that you are happy with your nails each step of the way, conversation was inclusive and did not make you feel like you where just listening to them talk. I enjoyed the laughs and the family talk: felt like I had been coming here for years! Thank you Sarah and team!

Girls are so kind and friendly, but quality of manicure is quite poorly made . I would not recommend and won’t go there again :(

Nails different length, paint coming off, at least refunded without problems, but waste of time as have to redo them.

I have been visiting Sarah at Rose Nails for over 8 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I am always 100% happy with my nails, and they last 3 weeks easily without chipping. It's such a friendly place, definitely the best in St Albans!

I paid to have shellac on both my hands and feet (£60) only to have my finger nails chip in various places within a day. The nail varnish appeared to be really thin and slightly transparent, lacking the usual thick and glossy finish

I have been going to Sarah at Rose Nails for a few years now and have never received such good service from anywhere else. I get gels with shellac which last me 4 weeks every time. She's always so lovely and polite and we always have a laugh. Highly recommend

I’m a mobile nail technician so I like to treat myself and have them done elsewhere but also fussy so I won’t go just anywhere! Sarah at rose nails takes care of my nails without over buffing them and application is great. I have gel polish, sometimes French and they last me a good 2 weeks. I’d say Rose Nails is the best in St Albans town.
