Great shop and even better service. Had an item that was faulty and was swapped straight away no messing about .Love coming here they have loads of nice stuff that's unique to other brand shops.

I went for a coffee meeting here. Cafe staff was a friendly and knowledgeable lady. I felt she listened advised and gave me an individual coffee. Very happy. thank you.

We bought a nice Lamp here, but unfortunately they didn't have any of the Bulbs required for the Lamp. Otherwise it was good. Restock the Bulbs and it would have been 5 stars.

A lovely big store with loads of stock. The only downside was they were getting their Christmas shop ready & it made it very difficult to access certain areas with a trolley due to pallets blocking routes. The toilets could have done with a clean & restock of loo roll too. We found lots of good stuff however & it's one of the biggest & best Range stores we've been to

Arrived at 9.15am to find that no trolleys were in the trolley park. I park in the disabled park near the entrance due to walking disabilities. With having no trolleys in the park it meant I could not shop. My limited ability companion could not walk to the other end of the car park to get a trolly. So we left. Poor management who have not thought of customers or disabled customers Whilst I realise you could not give a toss, you have spoilt a Christmas shopping experience for me. Happy Christmas!!!!

I like this place. Lots of ideas and products for the home and garden. Some items are a little bit overpriced in my opinion, but also some good bargains if you look around. Very good Range of products as the name would suggest. Nice little, basic Cafe upstairs with competitive prices. Usually of plenty of parking available outside. The checkout tills are sometimes a bit of a let down at busy times. Maybe time for some self checkouts for smaller purchases to cut the queues? But don't remove staff from the checkouts, there are plenty of customers out there who don't like the self checkouts! A good store to visit, improve the queue's for 5*

Not been for ages, shame its so tucked away. Some bargains, some tat, some stuff cheaper elsewhere. But the real unpleasant thing that'll probably keep me away is the illness-inducing hell of brilliant bluey-white LED lights on display, which knock me - and some others even if not the majority it would seem - for six like some kind of deathray.
