Helpful and polite staff. The MOT was very thorough. They said they were busy and couldn't do the necessary repairs, so there was no hint they were trying to create extra work to charge me for. Small waiting area which could do with more amenities such as a water and a toilet. Parking space is very limited, so be prepared to have to wait on the double yellow lines before you enter their car park while they find space for your car. However, these were minor issues. Overall I would recommend this autocentre.

For me this place has ripped me off big time. I took my car to them as I had a clicking noise coming from my clutch. They said it was a faulty clutch pedal so they had that replaced for £230It was fine for a little bit until my clutch cable came loose again with a large amount of free play.I took it back and they tightened it. About 5 minutes driving away, the clutch cable snapped under my foot.A mechanic from another garage helped me on a main road and noticed that the clutch pedal was wrong and was meant to be for a left hand driver car. But he replaced my clutch cable easily and found a way around for the cable to not catch on the wrong pedal. It hasn't snapped since.So this place put the wrong pedal in my car and tightened the cable too much to make it snap for the 3rd time. So angry.

I have had a service and MOT and I can't recommend the Halfords Autocentre in The Butts, Worcester highly enough. My car feels and drives so much better now and the customer service is the best I have ever received. I will definitely be returning next year. Thank you Halfords.

Just been offered out to quote get my effin head kicked in" by the chief mechanic!!! All because they messed up and waisted yet another day of my time telling me to bring my car in knowing full well what works needed doing

Absolutely shocking customer service by the employee in charge of reception this afternoon. Had my mot a month ago here which flagged new break pads. Had to book in for a 1 hour free break check to determine the size - arrived 15 mins early to drop car off for 1pm and advised by the abrupt member of staff it would be an about an hour& they would call . I went into town- nearly 2 hours had passed & I tried to call to see how they were getting on but phone line “busy” tried again on & off to call for another hour - no joy. nearly 3 hours now so walked back to reception area and spoke to same employee who basically shouted at me my car had literally just been done & he hadn’t even had time to write it up ! Saw the phones had been put on the hook so hence why I couldn’t get through. Then I said I appreciate you may be busy but why commit to an hour - to which he walked off from me throwing his hands in the air & came back in and said “you have had a free service here you know” as I had no right to raise my concerns then he said do you want your car keys back ? here’s the keys take it- ! practically was throwing my keys at me! I said to him I am the customer here and a regular one too not happy with how you are speaking to me - he just shrugged & said again shouted do you want to take your car?! To diffuse the situation I said politely I’d just like my breaks sorted - then after a few moments thinking time - I decided to not book my breaks in as I was in absolute disbelief how I had just been spoken too! This man needs serious stress management & customer service training! He should not be allowed to work on the front desk representing Halfords brand. I would advise anyone to be weary of this man on reception as he is just plain rude ! After using this garage a few times since I moved to the area there used to be a different man on reception who was lovely & really helpful. I understand when garages are busy but this was just unacceptable. The Shame his rudeness tarnishes the know doubt good mechanics behind the desk who actually do the work! Awful service

Had to bring my car in a couple of weeks ago as I needed all my tyres replaced. Couldn’t of asked for a better service, staff were really kind and helpful, and my car feels very nice to drive now. Thankyou!

MOT and service same day - easy drop off and they called me when the car failed to confirm the work required to fix so they can redo the MOT pass it and then do the service my little 55 plate polo has never been so nippy!

This was a couple of years ago, I had a problem with the wheels balance, and I made a mistake in choosing this place .An apprentice did the work, didn't had a hammer, so I gave him one to finish the job , and after a couple of miles the problem reaper wheels lost balance so I had to go to Kwik fit in Leicester .The kid could not give me a invoice because the man responsible for the shift was not there, and they didn't had video surveillance so I can ask for my money back because was no records me pain the only proof was my Google maps location and time speed there, so Halfords center denied my request to give my money back , was no invoice in recorded me paying for a bad job.

Dreadful service.I've used them 4 times, and they're only good for MOT.One time, they've put new tires the other way around and I had to come back so that they could flip them properly.Second, they only did half a service because they lacked the time" to do everything.Third

I moved away from Worcester a few months ago, but used Halfords in the city centre for a good couple of years. Kevin and his team were always great. Super thorough, and helped me out with discounts if available and whenever they could. Nothing but always amazingly helpful. I would recommend this Halfords to anyone! Thank you for all your help!
