We were given good advice and discovered that don't buying online is way cheaper! Brilliant service

Bought a power tool here, got it back and it was missing parts in a taped box, wasted time doing two trips there and back, held up the job, money out of my account pending a refund...not even a hint of an apology.Plus the service is ridiculously slow sometimes.

Very helpful staff and exactly what we wanted. They even gave us a better price!

Visited Jewsons today with my hubby to purchase some new floor boards and look at some new splash back tiling. Well if only every store was like this the world would be a far better place .The customer service was excellent firstly we went to the desk to order the floor which is coming Tuesday no trouble at all .Then we asked if we could have some advice on the splash back and some prices again no trouble at all we were served by Roy who allowed us to take a couple of samples away given us some really sound honest advice and we left feeling that we didn't need to go anywhere else we were so pleased with how we were treated we will be purchasing our bathroom splash back and anything else we need from here .Well done Jewsons and thank you Roy who is a credit to your team see you soon .

Very helpful staff .Well labelled store areas .Limited bathroom stock but you can see what you are purchasing on screen .

Artic delivery. Drive straight in keep left around site. Don't block neighbours if waiting to enter. Quick turaround time usually.

They have a very large selection of building materials but not a lot of staff to advise but when you get one they are very helpful.

Staff always helpful and professional. Had a slight issue with the account this week which was very quickly and politely dealt with by the St Austell team. Back on track and deliveries resumed within 24 hours. Many thanks Jack and the the team.
