Not sure what's wrong with them, may be recent management change but they aren't doing good job. I got my BMW SUV cleaned by them from out side last week and I could see some issues but I ignored. Today I took it for inside clean and I can't believe how badly they done the job. I got in after clean and immediately noticed my cup holder wear same as I got them, she said it's difficult to to reach and cleaned it. As I started driving I could not avoid so many badly cleaned areas. I will leave you to decide based on pictures attached.Guys you have been doing great but please do not loose you standards. I always use this car wash and found them to be brilliant. Last 2 washes have been awful. I took the car back and complained the first time. What do you expect he said. We’re busy. The second time I thought I’ll give them benefit of the doubt. Still just as bad so I will not be using them again £23 for a poorly washed car. Shame !!

I think the management has changed and they are doing a great service and quick turn around. We visited afternoon time it was In/Out for large vehicles they charged £17.00 which bit higher compared to other car wash around. They have discount of £1 for taxi drivers. The prices are charged as per Vehicle size S/M and Large. In or out or in/out service. Mini valet service provided for £25.00. They are also offering car cleaning service on request and also car servicing as well.They lack attention to detail and communication with customers, lot of people can go for mini valet but they don't offer. Anyway it's quick and clean car wash service in Ruislip.

Patrick and his team smashed it with cleaning my brand new car. Simple shampoo wash with a new towel, and a whole team on it at all times. Highly recommend 5* service
