My wife and I went to the Camberwell branch to have our passport photos taken. Matilda aka Matty and Marc greeted us with a very nice smiling face. They were very professional and efficient.Brilliant service. Thank you both.

Business re-opening day and of course left posters to the last minute! Came at 10am, the shop was already opened and Matilda greeted me and assisted me instantly as I needed some large posters for the shop window! She explained the various sizes available and we got to printing! I ended up going for size A2.5 which is pretty large and KC was on hand to go through different finishes and also ensure the posters were trimmed correctly. I left with 6 posters! Very happy customer indeed. Weill definitely use in future!

The shop assistant was lovely and helped me with everything from start to finish. The finished product was very high quality and the customer service was 10/10. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Arrived minutes before closing to make a calendar and Matila at the Camberwell branch was extremely helpful, patient and polite throughout our interaction even though it was closing time. Matilda provided sound advice on my picture selection and suggested that I use original pictures to improve the quality as opposed to screen shots, on the advice my pictures took longer to upload and it didnt bother Matilda only that she wanted to ensure that I would be happy with the picture quality once the calendar is printed. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and that a helpful friendly face like Matilda was there to assist me. Matilda is a credit to the Camberwell branch. :)

I have used this branch for years but last time I went in there I was told to queue up by a black female manager. She basically was dealing with customers behind me who came after me I was told to wait which I did but she never took the passport picture for me. I already felt shame so I left to use the pharmacy nearby instead. I still see this woman in Camberwell when I see her I feel so angry which is now affecting my heart.

Popped in to get some passport photographs and was so impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service. Highly recommended.

Disappointed.I wanted to just develop film and get digital scans. I was told it was impossible to get the scans only and they would print them as well, so I had to pay £19.90 which was 3 times the cost of developing film and scanning at other places I found out about later. When asked what kind of prints I wanted, I clearly stated that I wanted them to be matte and bordered.This turned out to be too much of a challenge for them: I got the images printed with default settings, borderless, on glossy paper. Well, maybe the paper is not glossy-glossy, but otherwise, matte is definitely not the quality that I expect, especially for such a price.When I told them that they got it all wrong, I was left with the fact that they no longer have digital images as they delete them shortly after sending them by email.
