Came into your store last Wednesday evening .Was in an absolute flury of panic and terror as it was my mothers 60th the following day and I had not a clue what to get her .Your wonderful employee Ellie was impressive with her extensive product knowledge and customer service .I was taken back by how much time she spent taking me thought the products and asking questions for her to get a better understanding as to what would suit my mother better .I came out at complete ease and confidence and my mother went on to love the perfume she got and that’s simply all down to ellie .Massive thanks ellie , I’m so grateful

No one to be seen at the perfume counters. Its almost as if customers have to go and beg some staff to serve them. If this company ever goes down it will be because of the staff it employs on the shop floor. Customer service almost non existent.

Awful service, I was at the front of the queue in front of quite a few people waiting for my prescription. Their numbers were down so a longer wait was expected, but I ended up being served AFTER all the people in the queue behind me. Their excuse was that they MIGHT have got the order muddled up. What should have been 10 minutes ended up 45.L establishment would not recommend

Food served quickly, a lot in the menu to choose from. Only issue was a beef lasagne which had way too much cheese in it. Still tasty and good, but just too much for our liking.

Always well stocked and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loving the wider selection of makeup brands that they to offer now, particularly brands that previously were hard to get hold of in the UK. One of the only points cards that’s actually worth while getting as the rewards are great and I save a lot of money!

Really good range of products but it was a bit awkward not having the checkout tills. We kept having problems but there wasn't any staff when we were there, had to go out and look for one which was surprisingly difficult

RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER!!Was waiting at the desk to buy my calm tablets there was 4 staff members none of them acknowledge me I was waiting 5mn was fuming that I asked where can I pay my stuff I went to the other cashier and asked for the manager5mn later the manager arrived and didn’t really care what I was saying…I’m not coming backBye Bye
