We bought one log burner for the lounge and liked it so much we had another installed in the conservatory. The words on the company letterhead says 'organised, disciplined, professional' it sums them up perfectly. I read another review about a pushy salesman. I disagree, ours was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.
