County Drainage put in a new rainwater drain after my soakaway failed. I can not praise them enough not only for the work they carried out fixing the drain but also for the help they gave me with another matter totally unrelated to the soakaway. Thank you both once again.

County Drainage have done a fantastic job unblocking our drainage, they have even managed to pull out an old piece of rod. They showed us where the problem was ( used a camera ) . From start to finish this was a really excellent experience and has restored my faith that there are people out there who deliver what they promise. We had been away and whilst away a blocked internal drainpipe had resulted in a flood through 2 ceilings. John and Jennie arrived within 2 hours of my cry for help and sorted it out to my complete satisfaction within 90 mins. the communication was great and price reasonable. We had a drain which continuously kept blocking. We got in touch with County Drainage and Plumbing company. Steve, John and Jennie were very straight forward with us. They did exactly what they said they would do. They diagnosed the problem, gave a very reasonable quote for a solution that didn't involve them digging up the garden. During the course of the job, we were kept up-to-date with stages of the work process as needed. We were impressed by the manner in which the work was carried out. No fuss. They just got on with it. They gave CCTV video footage of the drain before and after the work was carried out, which I thought was most professional of them. John and Jennie did an excellent job repairing our outside drain which was broken and needed a new U bend fitted. They carried out the work in a very professional manner and were very friendly to deal with. I thoroughly recommend their services.
