Castle Dwellings Ltd

We have had a few issues since we have moved here however eventually they were sorted. Sometimes it's more frustrating for the staff as workmen contractors etc don't turn up when arranged. Sophie is always a charming lady who goes beyond her best to sort things out for us.

Very strange dealings with this company.Looking to rent in Sheffield and I receive a no caller ID call to book a viewing and they didn’t say where they were from. I was struggling to locate my enquiry and said that I would accept and double check the property once confirmed via email. Nothing comes through and because I have no number or company I can’t call to check .They ring again twice today and I politely explain that I have had no confirmation and need to see the property’s listing. They can give me no details, and when I ask if they could forward it to me via email they say they will cancel and were very abrupt about it-and offered no apology for not following up on their promise.It’s so annoying in this rental climate to have your time wasted. This company’s lettings team are incompetent at best, potentially dodgy. Wonder what they are doing with your data

I have given Castle Dwellings 5 stars because they deserve it! My first contact was with Ryan , he valued / listed and SOLD our property . As this was the first time we have sold a property his expertise was invaluable. He explained the process step by step and was always contactable and promptly answered our emails. Highly recommended

Very highly recommended estate agents, me and my partner think they couldn’t of helped us any more if they have tried , we are over the moon with are property and hope that we are tenants for a very long time thank you castle dwellings for taking us on board many thanks James

Has 1 star as I can’t give zero! The only good thing that came from renting with them was that I actually got to know my landlord. They never fix anything, staff are beyond rude and they really were the worst. Thankfully my landlord changed estate agents, they have fixed all outstanding repairs (I didn’t have a working shower for 2 years!). Avoid!!!

Quite possibly the worst experience ever had of a letting agent.. michelle is on a different level of feeding bull.. still waiting on my deposit from this lot over 6 weeks nowCant give zero so have to be 1

I would like to share my review of castle dwellings in castleford.From start to finish we dealt with Lauren, she was absolutely amazing. Any questions we had to answer she did, and always dealt with us no matter how annoying we were!Me and my partner would like to thank Lauren for everything she did!

No complaints renting through castle dwellings they are nice n the teams very helpful especially Lauren thanks for your help
