Braggers Wood Camping and Activity Centre
Would have been 5 star had they given us a map and a rough boundary. The 1st and 2nd day were amazing we could rome the grounds and have fun. But we were told that the little area of woods around our plot were out of bounds. The activities I spent an extra 20 pounds for were very underwhelming, the archery was cancelled, the rock climbing wall had turning stones that I almost slipped on and hit my head and the rifle shooting got boring easily.

Could do with plugs, somebody put mayonaise in my waterproof shoes I believe it was Edward. In the morning, the grass is quite wet, and could do with being paved over to avoid this.

Great traditional Scout campsite, not over commercialised. Good toilets, shower and a wash down area. We held a survival/bushcraft weekend on campsite 5, perfect. Ending on the Sunday using the sites wood burning pizza oven.

Very good scout campsite, the warden was lovely, toilet block was clean and tidy. A lovely feel to the place, great for a traditional scouting camping adventure.

Great Scout Camping, well organised and in beautiful scenery. Friendly helpful staff and plenty to do in the local area. Some of the facilitys are showing some ware and tare.

Braggers Wood Camping and Activity Centre
Just returned from a one week family camp (me and Mrs S) and had a fantastic time. The site is in a great location, very quiet and peaceful - although we were spoiled as we were the only people on site that week. Facilities are good - clean toilets, outdoor washing up area, good sized pitches.Camp warden Dave could not have been more friendly and made us feel very welcome.Looking forward to returning soon

Classic Scout campsite. Lovely area, flat pitches, good showers and wash up area. Some areas could do with a tidy or spruce up but functional.

Our scout group stayed here for 3 nights the facilities were amazing the staff were so nice and friendly they really made you feel welcome
