Rob is more than an excellent Martial Arts instructor, he's an inspiring life coach and quickly becomes a dear friend to both the kids and their families. Through his holistic training approach, he is able to create a team spirit in the classes, inspiring a sense of connectedness, commitment and responsibility from even the youngest of the kids. We are blessed to have our child learn with him and it is indeed a great learning journey for us all!!

My son started with Sensei Rob and the Oxford school of martial arts when he was 3 and has been attending for about a year. His development has been amazing and Rob is incredible at educating and getting the kids involved. My son loves going and it has taught him a lot of discipline. We all feel part of the OSMA family and have built it into our daily routine now. Thank you Rob and keep up the great work.

Spent almost everyday at this club for 16 years and the determination, discipline and overall personal/people skills I have taken away from it have guided me to where I am now massively without even knowing. I would recommend anyone whether you are an adult wanting to start a new hobby or a parent wanting to send your kids to a place to learn all sorts of skills to come here! My son studied martial arts with Rob at OSMA for many years and I always knew that not only was he getting the best tuition for miles around but also the best value for money! His students respect him massively and he has that teacher quality that actually gets them to listen.I recently asked Rob to come and teach a self-defence session with my Guide group because I knew he would do an amazing job, but he outstripped even my expectations. He had the girls all listening and taking part, he pitched it just perfectly (i.e., didn't scare them but made them think), and left them - and the leaders - with some really useful skills that I hope they'll never need but now have should the worst occur.

I trained with Sensei Rob for many years!By far the best material arts school that i know of, not only to prepare yourself for self defence, but also to prepare you for the everyday obstacles you may encounter. Sensei Rob runs kids classes aswell as adult classes and is all round the best Sensei in Oxfordshire!

Sensei Rob is an exceptional martial arts teacher. Always teaches with enthusiasm and knows how to encourage kids and motivate them to achieve their full potential. Classes are fun, sometimes challenging, tailored teach kid's ability. Their classes are great for kids (especially if they are full of energy) after school and during the weekend
