EXCELLENT!We arrived at 7:30 after driving 400 miles. The staff was very welcoming and very friendly. We began with talking about everything about the car not missing any details, while the rest of the staff was making sure the car was nothing less than show room standards. After receiving an excellent amount of customer service, Since being home I am ecstatic about my AUDI S3 they really did do nothing but showroom standards. Overall we had a wholesome experience and we would highly recommend to everyone.Phil.

First time dealing with Bespoke Motor Works and it really was 5 star. They made the process of trading in my old car for a new one, simple, straight forward and fast. I mainly dealt with Russell, who is one of the best in the business in my experience. I also had some time with Jake who was also fantastic. The rest of the staff at the office made the experience feel special and nothing was too much trouble. The car is fantastic and just as advertised.
