Went to the Harrogate branch this morning 13th November 2023 and was greeted by Jack who was only too happy to sort out my sim card problem which I brought on myself I might add. He was polite and ran me through everything he was doing and I was leaving 15 minutes later fully sorted. 5 stars for Jack and the Harrogate branch, Well recommended.

Very poor experience indeed, it would have been a zero if it wasn't for 2 members of staff & one of them who was very good, & gave good customer service ! There was a female member of staff who was dreadful! & I'm not one to complain but my wife was not given service that would come anywhere near even average!

Called in today to do an upgrade on my husband phone . Spoke to Jack who was the epitome of knowledge and service. All explained very clearly and swiftly. Tried to ring the store later to book an appointment to upgrade my mums phone but couldn't get through which was disappointing!

Popped in just now and the guy asked me if I had an appointment to which I said no, he then said they were fully booked up-fair enough. However my question wasn’t the type to ‘book an appointment’ about. I just wanted to ask about roaming charges and when I asked that he just went “that’s an irritating question”! And quickly answered it. Granted he answered it but there was absolutely no need to say that it was an “irritating question”I heard him saying to the customers before about leaving him a good review, so as he was rude me, I thought I’d also leave a review!

Excellent service! I've had to call in twice since purchasing my device in March, cannot fault the service and helpfulness of the staff. Particularly Ben (Who's last day was in March), Jamal (I'm so sorry on spelling), and a ginger chap with tattoos, who's name I didn't catch. But you're all doing a cracking job!

If I could i would give them -5.They were very rude to me. They didn't care I felt like cancelling my direct debit and they never told when I came into the store if you sign upto the contract in store you can't cancel. So now I'm stuck with a company that has rude staff. They need to learn customer service better. how can ee have people working for them like this. Just a let down to ee. As soon as my contract is over I will be leaving straight away. The manger was very rude to. I phone ee and made a complaint and the woman was sorry about it and dealt with my issue straight away and said that the people in the shop are wrong in how they dealt with my issue.

Jack was great. Greeted me on entry. Attended to my enquiry and reassured me about my account when 150 had proved too complicated. He checked everything and was spon able clearly to set out my contract status as of that day. The atmosphere in the shop was helpful and positive and I left as one very satisfied customer!

Came in to add my son to my plan. Ollie and Kate who was in training where great. They sat down and gave me the best options. Great service..will be going back when my plan is up for renewal.
