Unbelievable coaches - I knew the group from Eastbourne and Bexhill before this centre opened and I am so grateful its so close to home. Super friendly and never a problem.My personal results from attending the fitcamps / being around the community are amazing.

i did a workout the other day had a great time you should taste some of the shakes and mega teas they are amazing and the staff are always helpful

Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable coaches.The bootcamps are great fun and the shakes that they do tatse unbelievable. Highly recommended checking the place out of your looking to hit some health and fitness goals!
