Recommended by my son for a garage to assess my mini’s blowing and rattling exhaust. From first contact to paying in less than 24 hours. An estimated quote given based on a photo and best case scenario, but in fact when checked my mini needed new parts. Everything was clearly explained, including showing me under my car, options available and prices made clear. I also asked about a new tyre, but on inspection she needed two!! I was given a time estimate for the work and I was called as expected when the work was finished.My mini is an old girl, and her new exhaust may well outlive the rest of her, but I’m super happy, and she feels rejuvenated! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JTS Auto, and I will definitely feel confident for future care of my mini! Thankyou!

The guys at jts auto did a great job at fitting a new grill for aesthetic purposes on my Mercedes which needed the full bumper to be removed. They got it booked in fast and did a great job as no one else could get the grill on.When I come back to get a new air intake pipe I was kindly asked if all had been well with the grill since which was nice to see they remembered and cared about previous work done. The air intake pipe was fitted and genuine Mercedes part ordered in exactly for the date I needed and I was also notified about what was wrong with the old pipe. Great service Will be back

I’ve been using JTS for around 4/5 years now…Jed and his team have never once let me down. The prices of the services he provides for repairs are always fair and better than the surrounding garages. He always explains the issue to people (like me) who don’t have a clue about repairs and always provides 10/10 service! He’s always managed to fit me in for a repair last minute when I’m most desperate! Could not fault JTS and would recommend 100%

Initially came in for my trim replacement and they were super quick in ordering and replacing. They effectively reversed damage that was caused by a previous owner - Very helpful and professional service from Rafael and Jayson.Then came in about a week after for a major service and remap. This time done by Jed and Rafael. Expected nothing less than a 5 star service and they delivered. Really quick in getting me in the schedule and advised of all issues wrong. My civic feels much more responsive now and have peace of mind that it was done by trusted mechanics. Thank you JTS I will definitely be back.

New clutch was required for a mark 2 Clio. JTS Auto supplied and fitted the clutch for £530. They did not finish the job. I was unable to select reverse or first gears until I reset my gear linkage. The gearbox is permanently leaking oil due to a missing copper washer and bolts have been removed from the head on the engine. These boys have single-handedly written off an engine due to shoddy workmanship and not completing the job they were paid for. I do not recommend this mechanic.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!! They are extremely professional, efficient and affordable!The lads are really friendly, inform you of all the details and leave no questions unanswered.I had an issue with my brakes so couldn’t drive to the garage. They don’t offer a towing service but can recommend a company that they use. I used their recommended company and the tow was easy to book and really affordable.From here, my customer journey couldn’t have been any better!8am: My car was collected by the tow company.10am: I received a call from JTS Auto confirming they had my vehicle.2pm: JTS Auto called me to inform me of the issues and how to rectify it.5pm: My car was fixed and ready to collect.Safe to say I’ll be using JTS Auto for all my car needs moving forward!

Won't go anywhere else now. Honest, reliable and quick to get the work done. Communication is excellent you are kept up to date on anything they find and cost ect. The whole team is very professional and very knowledgeable. They know what they are doing with stock cars and modified cars. Genuinely cannot fault them.
