I would like to highly recommend Emil Boczek for any wedding photographic needs you may have.My wife and I got married earlier this year and had been looking for a good quality photographer to capture the moments and experience of our most special day or, as we call it, the wedding of the century!My wife found Emil on the WPJA (the Wedding Photojournalists Association) and checked out his credentials with them, after we’d be badly let down at short notice by our original photographer. Everything he offers is right up our street in terms of his services – someone who who can curate an album based on the special moments of the day and not force us into unnatural poses to ‘fit’ into some sort of idealised wedding image; great value for money – he was the only photographer would gave us unlimited hours of his time, including taking photos throughout dinner which most photographers refused to do, which in the end made him by far the ‘cheapest’ quality photographer we could find; professional, courteous, unobtrusive on the day, a good manner/ decorum; not something we had initial thought of, but very hands on and helpful when it came to making the changes and amendments of our photo album to ensure the final version was as we want it to be; someone who could do a cultural wedding and understand the intricacies that entails.As my wife will attest to, I am not a man easily pleased. Emil’s photos were amazing and came out in much better quality than we’d imagined. His ability to work with the light and make everything come out so beautifully is incredible. Being a black man and very dark, I often have problems not coming out properly in photographs, a problem made worse by having a white wife, such that if I didn’t smile, you'd most often not see me. None of that was an issue with Emil – even the ones of me he produced in black and white were so good that I even added some to our photo album, something which I’d previously declined to do.I have already recommended Emil to my sister who will be getting married next September. Anyone else out there looking for a first rate photographer – Emil Boczek is your man!

Emil was the perfect wedding photographer - he caught so many amazing moments with his candid photography and the final selection of images he sent us was fantastic. He was a pleasure to be around on the day and really efficient in both the lead up to and the period after the wedding, plus he stayed until the very end of the night, whereas most photographers will leave after your first dance. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for great, unforced, unposed wedding photography (and he will do the posed shots if you want them - we got lots of great ones!) Thanks Emil!

Where do you start with Emil, what a photographer and what an amazing guy !!Having looked through the usual photographer dross we found Emil and were blown away by his portfolio. If only we could have pictures like that !!Super easy and friendly to deal with pre wedding, and on the day he was a total superstar. Did everything he said he would and a whole lot more. All of the guests loved his energy and enthusiasm and he was a great addition to the wedding party. He was everywhere, worked his socks off, but always kept it fun and engaging. We had a great time with him and he made it special.The results are utterly jaw dropping. Just another level and perfectly captures the story of our day. Emil came recommended by another photographer who was unavailable for our wedding date this August. We chose him because of his candid, documentary style and the results did not disappoint. We really appreciated how although we only had one photographer, he managed to capture different perspectives of the day to really tell the story of how events unfolded. He stayed until well beyond he had planned to leave to get extra shots on the dancefloor and of the evening food. We particularly liked the candid moments that captured the joy of the day.
