My sister had went today and said her experience was the best as always she has been going for 7 years now and the staff are very nice, and always do a great job.I really advise everyone to go check it out as it is outstanding.

If I could give no stars I WOULD NEVER come back to this place. I had my eyelashes done was told to open my eyes multiple times throughout to which the glue burnt my eyes I’ve had a chemical reaction really badly, was told I was incorrect when I questioned that it had been put on my skin, the eyelashes wasn’t isolated whatsoever. I am in agony. I highly doubt who ever did my eyelashes is trained in doing so and I’m pretty sure hair bonding glue was used not glue made for eyelashes. I have never been in so much pain I left extremely unhappy and it wasn’t worth my time arguing so I paid up and left. Was told I wouldn’t get a refund and I will never trust someone to touch my eyes again. Shocking experience save your money and your eyelashes. I have also reported this higher. You could have blinded me.

Been going here for my eyebrow threading for a few years now, the ladies are very nice and friendly and do a great job. They work very hard and are always reliable and you can be seen for a walk-in quickly.

Thursday 6th August I popped in to get threading, no communication with the girl she just pointed to the seat. I asked for a tidy-up, I have a good amount of brow so just wanted it tidied around, still no conversation after the procedure, not offered the mirror to look just taken straight to the till. Obviously I wanted to see what she’d done to discover I’d been left with a 90s looking thin brow , when questioned she said you wanted a tidy up , I said yes not to be left with nothing . Definitely won’t use it again

Amazing service. I have been coming to the salon to get my eyebrows threading done for over 3 years. Both of the sisters are amazing, professional and excellent at their job. I would highly recommend .

The worst salon ever . Careless and untrained staff . I never suggest anyone use this salon. Do not waste your time, money, or skin by visiting this salon. After they were done waxing, my skin had 12 to 15 really bad burn marks. Even after I complained to the salon, they did nothing to provide any sort of aftercare even though I had to go through this terrible experience. As a result of the harm I suffered, I am currently pursuing legal action against this salon.

It is extremely easy to make appointments here and my experience with Shelly has always been top notch. She is one of the best esthetician out here. I tried out eyebrows and wax and I must say the results were pretty spectacular. I was bit hesitant about my makeup and hair the other day but it came out very well too. Shelly at Expert Eyebrows is the best stylist and expert in the job she does!!!! 5 stars

Depends what sister you get. One is very thorough and will wax and threading after to tidy up your eyebrows. She's very gentle. The other one which tends to be during the week just spreads on the wax and rips it off asap with your skin. I have a good pain tolerance with waxing but she makes an eyebrow wax as painful as a hollwood
