Order Number 43362425I have previously had 3-4 mobile phones from AM in the past, but the latest experience means I won't be purchasing again.I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 through them. Delivery can't fault, despite the fact that they will only deliver to your home address, and they can't leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, which means you're under house arrest until it arrives.Phone arrived. There was a curious sticker on the sealed" box stating that "the box has been opened and the phone has been modified for European market". Not too pleased .. to me new means new?Anyhow

Poor service as I bought 3 contracts and 2 of which did not have SIM activated. Almost now 3rd week and I still don't have the SIM active on one of the contracts! These are O2 contracts and I expect Affordable Mobiles to provide a service bought not have to stress over chasing O2 to activate SIM.

i would have given 5 stars, however on the same day my husband also purchased a phone but his experience was completely different. Myself was immediately accepted and received the phone next day, but my husband took 5 days to receive the phone after a few contacts with the company. not a problem, but we needed the phone sooner than that. Otherwise great value.

He is very professional and polite. I was very impressed with his commitment to satisfy the customer. I ordered an iPhone 14 and was delivered the next day as promised. Very happy customer.
