Had a problem with my bike purchased from Race Co. Had a rattle which was very frustrating and difficult to locate. But Paul and Rich were brilliant and identified as a faulty shock. Made a disgruntled customer a very happy one with their high level of customer care. Big thanks. Andy

Excellent service by the chaps at Race Co, I am new to the world of eMTB, they gave me plenty of advice with anything to do with my bike, I had it from the cycle to work scheme and received it in a box a little mixed up, Chad, Richard and the others sorted the bike for me. I will definitely be dropping Festive goodies off at some point soon.

I recently bought a Specialized ebike from Race Co Cycles. They had various demo bikes available in the right sizes and I was able to keep one for a few days to get multiple rides in. In store they have a huge number of bikes on display which helps when picking between various models. After making my decision, buying the bike all went well and it was prepared and ready ahead of schedule, and a few upgrades were added at great prices too. Since having the bike I did experience one issue with the motor (not caused by the shop!) and the follow-up service I had was again excellent, much faster and more friendly than friends have had from other stores for similar issues.

All I can say is, they want you as a customer more than any other store. I had a bike to trade and wanted a Levo SL. Went to see the major player in West Brom first. They offered me £600 for my Stumpy Evo and gave a list of things wrong with it and said the finance would be £156 a month for 5 yrs. I walked out and won’t go back.I went straight down the road to Race Co. They gave me £1750, my estimate, for my bike and then put it on their store for that same price, making nothing in that sale, then put me on a new SL Comp for £86 a month. Sale done, new customer acquired.They couldn’t do enough for me. And since then, they have been golden.They work for it which is what you need from your bike shop. Just wish they weren’t on the other side of the planet to me.Being totally honest, what they might lack in a bit of customer friendliness, they more than make up in professionalism, ability, knowledge and delivery.I would recommend them to anyone looking for the right advice and guidance and for the best shop to support their riding!Thank you Race Co!

Rich and the guys are incredibly welcoming, providing clear advice and you always leave feeling like your bike is in good hands. If looking for a new one, they have a good range of bikes and often excellent deals, talk to them, you won't regret it.

My wife and I were thinking of purchasing two e-bikes for basic trail riding and we visited Raceco cycles for advice.We were met by Chad who gave us expert advice and suggested the bike he would recommend for us.As we all do, I went and researched his advice and found his advice and suggestions to be spot on.We purchased two haibikes from raceco snd were very pleased with their service.From experience, I would have no reservations in recommending Chad and Raceco to anyone who is considering e-bikes

I Like to give credit when it's well deserved! In Rich and his fantastic team it really is! This is a professional, well run, clean and tidy store this is how bikes shop should be run, People are always quick to criticize but slow to reward, A well deserved Turbo store. I would of only purchased my new Levo comp carbon from these guys.I gave Rich a call on thursday had a chat, we sorted out a deal with part exchanging my current bike! giving me a fair deal on my PX he then also told be he would give me a 500 watt battery included in the deal burgtec pedals and he would tubless the tyres! This is normal practice for these guys, I have been charged for tubeless convert with my previous sales! Also it will be ready for saturday, this was fantastic a cracking deal and a easy purchase, I had lost faith in Specialized from a previous sale on a 2018 levo that was fulity, rich turned me round and the Race co store as soon I stepped in I know I was in fantastic hands oh and I collected the bike a 05:30 the time they closed Rich was smiling and was happy to stay open while I collected my new bike, he showen me round there mind blowing store too!! Sunday i was ripping around on my new stead With the reassurance that if i did ever have a issue this guys will be there to sort it out.So If you're looking for a new bike of any type I cannot recommend this company enough they have sealed all future business from me that's for sure! thank you too the all the your team Rich fantastic chaps, keep up the mega work.5 star's from me.

What can I say about these guys. The most helpful people I have come across. Bought a bike from them as my friends had raved about them. They did me a better deal than anywhere online and set up the tubeless and some pedals for me included. They have helped me out with parts in the past as well and are always competitive. Can't recommend them highly enough.
