We went on Saturday night from start to finish it was fabulous. I can't chose from the dishes which was my favourite they were all so good. For a 13 dish tasting menu £80 was really good value. Highly recommended so nice to have somewhere in lancaster serving such high quality food. Will definitely be going back.

After dying to try this new fine dining experience, I finally got chance on Saturday and it was outstanding! Nicola and Jeff have created a beautiful environment to enjoy beautiful food. The menu is presented with a air of mystery which only increased the excitement. Each dish was presented beautifully and tastes even better than it looked. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes being served and ingredients used, Nicola's knowledge of wine is very impressive and I highly recommend the wine pairing to fully appreciate the food. Such a fantastic evening, I have already booked again for next month!

Amazing evening. It was an exciting journey through a whole variety of different courses, each one a surprise, allowing you to try and enjoy things you wouldn't normally. Nic and Jeff's passion is clear with their extensive and impressive knowledge of food and wine. Their team were all amazing and whilst the service, food and presentation is fine dining, there was still a welcoming and and relaxed vibe through good humour, great atmosphere and friendly conversation. Very intrigued to see what is on the next menu and have booked in for my birthday already! Thanks for a great night!

A wonderful hidden gem in Lancaster, and an amazing experience.My girlfriend and I attended the opening night of their Christmas menu, and for the entirety of the evening we were amazed by each and every course presented to us, particularly the ‘Cod Loin Carrot.’We found the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant to be a perfect environment in which to enjoy the exceptional food. The front of house staff provided an outstanding service, with just the right level of attentiveness. The drink selection is superb, and the cocktails were an absolute highlight. We did not opt for the optional wine pairings; however, another table did, and it looked like they enjoyed it, each new wine comes with a little introduction and description of tasting notes – definitely something we would opt for when we return in the future.I have both nut and crustacean allergies and was not sure if a tasting restaurant would be a good idea, however, I was put at ease after seeing the care taken by the staff to ensure the food was suitable for my allergies.I would recommend Now or Never to anyone without hesitation.Thank you Nichola, Simon, and the chefs, for a excellent night.

What a spot. Michelin Standard. Having dined in every single eatery Lancaster has had to offer over the past 20 years, I can honestly say this is number 1. Look forward to returning. Well done to the chefs and team.

A great little restaurant serving an exciting taster menu. Every dish bought out was explained what ingredients were used to create the dish by the waitress. The wine flight was also described in great detail and matched every dish perfectly. Every dish was amazing and very well executed.The meal was served at a great pace making the experience a relaxing, enjoyable evening.Thanks to all the team for such a great evening . I’m sure we will be back when the menu changes and well worth the visit from Blackpool.If you like quality food and looking for something different I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

Attended now or never on Friday evening and couldn't be happier with the overall experience! From being greeted at the front door to leaving with our appetites satisfied was a journey! The service was welcoming and made you feel very comfortable. Each dish came out within good time and explained very well.The chefs looked the part, and delivered some absolutely beautiful food.Would highly recommend now or never, whether you're a newcomer to fine dining or not, it will not disappoint.

We treated ourselves for our anniversary, and what a treat this was. Everything about this experience was excellent. An intimate setting with only a small number of tables, giving the impression of a chefs Table experience. All the dishes were excellent the favourite and most surprising was the black pudding dish. The attentiveness of the staff and the personal touches from the chefs were second to none. The wine flight to go with the dishes were well chosen and fully complemented the menu being explained with impressive detail. Well done Now or Never it was a surprising experience from walking in the door. Thankyou to all of you.
