It really doesn't get any better. I got my car from Smithy Garage back in 2021. They've been nothing short of fantastic. Thank you all.

Very friendly family run business, has helped do the repairs on our car since we bought it and very happy with the jobs they have done ,they try and help in what ever way they can ,lovely people.

This garage charged me double than normal for a very simple cosmetic repair job. Including charging me labour for when the car was sat on the forecourt and not actually being worked on! They were not transparent in the price breakdown concerning the materials being used, and even when I asked them for this, they gave me a very brief overview and the mechanic laughed at me when I confronted him about the extortionate amount of labour they had quoted me. They do not follow standard trade procedures at all, as they even let the car off the forecourt before payment had even been made, which is a big no in this trade. Staff are also snarky and need some additional training in customer service. Avoid.

Friendly, helpful. Diagnosed a problem, and refused to charge. Fuel is at the lowest price in the area.

Cannot fault the service at this garage. Whilst on holiday I tried to start my car only to find I had a flat battery. Within 3 hours of making a phone call they had obtained a new battery and fitted it for me! Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

Had a slow puncture whilst staying locally recently. Unfortunately the tyre could not be repaired as a screw had damaged side wall. The tyre was not a regular size. However, even given the fairly remote area , they were able to source a new one in about 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Excellent good , old fashioned service. Highly recommend.

Called in at 2pm with brake fault. Because I urgently needed the car the next day - fault diagnosed and new discs and pads fitted before 6pm. Very impressive. Thank you.

Great service & deal when we purchased our car here from Ceri & John and aftersales & service from David & his team for the car has been impeccable too. Good old fashioned (in the best possible way!!) customer service - I thoroughly recommend.
