Inchcape Norwich BMW

We have been coming to Inchcape BMW Norwich for a number of years. Simon Parkinson always provides an impeccable service. We usually know what we want and he ensures that we receive that car at the monthly payments we can afford. There is never any fuss, he just sorts it out for us. We have moved to an electric car from a diesel and I have been a little apprehensive about it. He put our minds at rest and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Simon is straight talking and honest. He wouldn't sell me a car he knows I wouldn't be happy with or would cost me too much money. When it came to knowledge on the new tech in the car, Darko was great. He was really knowledgeable about the new tech and really broke the back on showing me what I needed to know to learn the basics of the car. There's lots more to learn but that will take time. Darko made sure I was less apprehensive about driving away. My drive home was uneventful but speedy and enjoyable. Now to learn what all the buttons do! Thank you Simon and Darko.

My parents recently bought a car with Luke at BMW. He was patient and very understanding. He made my parents very welcome and was not pushy at all as some salesman are. He was absolutely fantastic. Once again thank you so much Luke!

I picked up my new car a week ago and have to say that the service I received form the moment I walked into the showroom was second to none. Max Turner looked after me throughout the process and I have to say that his assistance was absolutely invaluable and it was a pleasure to buy a car in a no pressure environment. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Inchcape Norwich to both family and friends and am extremely happy with my car!

I recently collected my new 530e from Inchcape and couldn't be happier. The service and attention from start to finish was exemplary and I would easily recommend the team to all. The deal was very competitive and Brendon and Noel kept in touch throughout and the car is excellent.I would recommend the BMW itself and if you are buying one do so here.

I brought the car to have a recall job done, the afternoon before, was told no courtesy vehicle was a available or a driver to take me home, a taxi was called but after waiting 45 mins I decided to walk home that took 2 hours I was told the after sales manager would call to arrange a taxi to collect me the following day, but I was called by another member of staff that the car will only be ready the following day. No mention of a taxi, that was promised I was never called by the after sales manager. Absolutely shocking service I expected alot higher from BMW. I never want to go there again. The receptionist was lovely. The car was washed and hovered out not to my personal standard.

Our car developed a fault which proved very challenging to track down and resolve.We are so grateful to Jonathan Robinson and the team for their excellent customer service by going the extra mile for us and persevering until the problem was resolved. We were reassured about the issue and were kept informed of progress throughout.We have been customers for over 10 years and are really impressed and grateful for the service we have received.

We always get our BMW serviced here and in particular they have been really helpful the last couple of visits in accommodating me which allowed me to work there whilst they worked on my car. Not only this but a job that should’ve taken more than half a day, they managed to get done sooner as they knew I was very keen to get the car back the same day but I also accepted that if they couldn’t get it done in the timeframe, it would have to continue on after the weekend. Thank you so much to all the staff that are very welcoming and very customer service driven right from the outset.

From the moment I walked through the door , I felt very much at ease . The greeting from the man behind the desk . To asking if I’d like a drink while he gets a colleague to assist me .Jason Conroy welcomed me and was efficient in getting my car appraisal complete before test driving a car.The process after that was very straightforward and Jason proceeded with the part exchange price along side the manager , Noel who again was extremely clear and left no stone unturned to make sure everything was understood on my part.Giving me all the options that I wanted , helping me to keep to the budget that I wanted.The deal offered was just perfect for me and I left the showroom extremely happy with my experience.I would definitely recommend Inchcape Norwich BMW for it service and friendly manner ,the ease of buying the car was the best I’ve had . I purchased a used BMW with an extended warranty unfortunately I had an issue with the sunroof blind. My car was booked in - I was greeted my Clare the service receptionist who handed me the keys of a lovely X6 courtesy car which I had until the work was completed. All covered under warranty with a complimentary car wash. The experience was first class from beginning to end. I will in future be back to purchase a new car. Thank you all involved.
