I wouldn't recommend the practise to anyone as I didn't have good experience. Out of office is constantly on with solicitors on holidays all the time and answering emails weeks later. My case was dragging on for months, purely because they were more interested in their holidays than running the business!

I contacted Johnson and Boon about a surveyor negligence case. After reading all the paperwork, they were honest with me and advised me that they would take my case if I wanted to, but that there were technicalities that would not work in my favour even if I was right. And these would give the surveyors and easy excuse for everything. They were incredibly honest, as they could have told me I could win and I could have spent thousands to then lose on a technicality that tipped the scale from the very beginning. Would highly recommend them for their honesty alone.
