I bought an XC90T8 ultimate last month.Andy Allopp arranged the deal with his usual friendly manner and efficiency. Mark Gooseman treated me as a friend. What a wonderful garage it is. I have now bought at least 6 Volvo cars from this dealership, and I can not recommend it highly enough for both sales andservicing.I live in Leeds, and there are Volvo dealers nearer than Huddersfield, I travel to Huddersfiel because of the team of people I deal with at Huddersfield.The sales an just as importantly the after sales back up us superb.It is a garage that is a pleasure to visit. All the staff I have met are very friendly, kind and efficient.

First time buying a Volvo and the whole experience was excellent with these guys.Will Nicholson was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient at ensuring everything was arranged from the test drive to the collection. My independent finance company even commented that he was one of the best car sales professionals they had dealt with for a long time!The car was well prepared for collection and everything just went smoothly.Also had the pleasure to deal with Steve (Manager) and he was also very helpful.Definitely recommend this dealership if you’re changing your car to a Volvo.

Very attentive and personalised service from the team, particularly Will and Casey.I didn't feel pressured to take finance or I warranties I didn't need and I got what I felt was a more than fair price for my trade in vehicle.Handover of the vehicle was thorough and I felt that I had enough knowledge of the car technology to drive home.The only small issue is that a problem with the TPMS that I reported after my test drive had not been attended to which resulted in a low tyre pressure warning light coming on whilst driving home. I did not return to the dealership but checked pressures myself and reset the sensor.

Very impressed. We drove an hour to look at a second hand Volvo Selekt vehicle. Superb condition, like new. Casey the salesman was very helpful.

Scott our sales man, was professional, knowledgeable and put us at ease during the whole purchase process. He does make a good cup of coffee too! A nice welcome from the reception team each time we visited the showroom. We love our new Volvo and will be back next time!

My car has recently been in for a big service and mot was welcomed in by Lauryn and Shelley. I was well looked after all the way through the process of dropping my car off to picking it up. Would like to say a big thank you to them both.

Will was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help us find the car that was right for us by listening to what was important to us. He has a great manner and is not pushy. If you go to this Volvo dealership make sure you ask for him!

Extremely bad customer service, from the parts department. My car failed it's MOT and the part had to be supplied and fitted by Volvo so I called Volvo, lady on reception was very nice and said the parts team were busy and could they call me back in the next few minutes! So I agreed to that, 45 minutes in and no call back so I called again and spoke to the same lady on reception she put me through to parts and the guy I spoke to was very rude not helpful at all the best he could do was look at my car in 2 wks at the earliest. I asked for a rough price he said it could be several hundreds of pounds (all I needed was a repeater unit for mirror which I explained ) so I have taken my car to a local volvo specialist and what a difference in customer service and price for that matter he has squeezed me in on the same day it's only £94 not several hundreds and my car can be retested so I won't be without it.
