I've been looking for a particular, quite expensive, vintage watch for a while and saw one in the window. It had a couple of superficial but nevertheless important flaws. Danny in the shop could not have been more helpful. The watch was returned to the watchmaker twice before purchase. He researched the history of the watch movements in the shop to ease any concerns I had regarding the purchase and the history of the watch. The bracelet was resized in the shop. I am absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish and will definitely return.

Avoid,avoid,avoid, appalling customer service, rude staff and lacked the correct information at point of sale, crucial information not forthcoming.Having been a loyal customer for many years I am sad to say I shall never purchase again.

Highly recommend them! Over the years they've resized and fixed my jewellery, and every single time the quality of the craftsmanship has been excellent. They're reasonably priced as well so I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their jewellery fixed or resized.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at SBJ. Having bought an engagement ring from them a few years ago. Our recent visit to the shop seeking a Tag Watch and eternity ring was a prime example of the non-pushy, genuine, trustworthy attitude the shop has. Having discussed our budget, and timescale we were given some excellent information and homework to look into the pieces.. I'll be back as soon as I've saved the money. Recently dealt with this jeweller for the first time as I needed some jewellery valuing for insurance purposes, Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled my request with efficiency and professionalism. I even managed to purchase a bracelet for one of my watches and a new 18 CT Ring! Very happy with the overall service and experience offered at this jeweller. As a result, I intend to make this business my family jeweller and look forward to our future business. Thank you again to Danny and all of his hard working courteous staff members.
